Hi Kali (and all),
Just to be completely clear - this is strictly to see if there are organisations/individuals out there who may be interested in collaborating with the Young Professionals group, ie very preliminary. However, I think it is very unlikely that complimentary attendance will be offered, as the group is not in a position to offer them.
Thanks!

Hi Deb,

Sounds great.

Were the available roles only for those already planning to register to attend the Congress (as per http://worldparkscongress.org/involved/call_for_roles.html) or is complimentary attendance being offered in exchange for social media support?

Cheers,

Kali

Hi all,

I'm working with the Young Professionals of the World Commission for Protected Areas on their social media engagement for the World Parks Congress. The congress is 12-19 Nov this year, in Sydney. It's only held every 10 years, and is meant to be bringing together lots of different voices around conservation, science and communities ( Website: http://worldparkscongress.org/ )

I've been asked to find out if there are any local (Australian) organisations or individuals  that are likely to be interested in social media around the event.

If you or your organisation is likely to be keen on becoming involved, please let me know.

Best wishes

Deb
