Total Remuneration Package valued up to $62,569 includes salary ($54,617 - $56,572), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.   This position is on a 7- day roster and penalty rates apply.

 

The position is essential in providing a high quality, expert level of scientific and heritage information as well as customer service to a diverse range of Museum visitors on-site, on-line and through outreach programs.

 

The position requires detailed knowledge of astronomy and the ability to use a telescope is essential as well as delivering programs in related fields.  The purpose of the position is also to assist the Education Officer, work as part of a busy team and be able to solve problems positively.
