The RACI(Vic) is running a chocolate chemistry dinner on 10 November. The main audience will be science teachers, but all are welcome. Details are below.

RACI (Vic) Education Group is delighted to announce that we are holding another of our exciting Chocolate Chemistry evenings. RACI members, teachers and friends are all welcome!

Discover at first hand why chocolate gives that beautiful velvety smooth taste sensation! Watch a master chocolatier at work changing the crystalline structure of rich dark chocolate and creating a chocolate sculpture. Enjoy a wonderful dinner, prepared by the top students of William Angliss College, complete with a chocolate fountain!

Date: Monday 10 November

Time:  5.30 pm - 9.30 pm (Registration 5.30 pm; the program starts at 6.00 pm

Where: William Angliss College, La Trobe Street, Melbourne.

Cost:  $25 per head for RACI members; $35 per head for non-members. This price includes tea and coffee at registration, the demonstrations and a restaurant dinner of entrée, mains, a chocolate fountain and coffee and tea. It does not include drinks; participants will be able to purchase drinks at bar prices to accompany their meal.
